1 Change your light bulb into a compact fluorescent one. This will save 150 pounds of carbon dioxide a year

2 Walk, bike, carpool or take public transportation this will save one pound of carbon dioxide for each mile you don't drive...and than it is healthy... :))

3 Recycle, recycle...as you can save 2.400 pounds of carbon dioxide by recycling half of your household waste

4 Check your tires By doing this you will improve your car's performance and your gas mileage by more than 3%...and you also take care of your car...!!

5 Use less hot water That does not mean to take less showers or baths, it means stop flushing hot water for longtime. You can wash your clothes in lower temperatures, bio programmes...

6 Avoid products with a lot of packaging it is also healthy cause you cook raw materials, fresh products without pesticides...

7 Adjust your thermostat and AirCon by lowering 2 degrees in winter and by lowering your super duper AirCon 2 degrees in summer...

8 Plant Plants!! They are beautiful in your house they give color, joy and happyness...if you manage to keep them alive for a while!!

9 Turn off all electronical devices you are not using and unplug all plugs that you are not using It takes less than a second to replug and to switch them on ...but you save money on your bill and you save also thousand of pounds of of carbon dioxide.

Difficile scrivere un post quando non sai cosa scrivere e ti stai chiedendo : "Ma che diavolo d'idea mi e venuta?!?".
Venerdi ero al telefono per lavoro con un personaggio molto simpatico, blogger (per ora non diro di piu) il quale mi ha esortato ad aprire un blog.
Bhe, ecco l'ho fatto!

mi sa che ci tornero ben presto, non posso lasciare il mio primo post del mio primo blog cosi vuoto e desolante. Sopratutto non posso lasciare il primo post del mio primo blog senza un accento (maledetto il giorno che ho voluto fare la strafiga e comprare il computer con la tastiera americana, pensando "tanto non scrivero mai in italiano").
